ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Tyler
WHERE I COME FROM
Canadian west Coast born and raised, I've lived on the fringe between big city and small town. The hustle and bustle of Vancouver never appealed to me, nor did the isolation of Fort Langley. I sought the neighbourly vibe of a town small, where everyone knows their neighbors names and looks out for each other, on the bigger scale of community.
WHERE I'M GOING
I one day hope to run for elected office to make real change on all levels of government, with a goal of putting humanity first. By restricting and reforming corporate lobbying, changing how people view taxes, and pushing for a Universal Basic Income, I hope to give a voice and a vote to people who are tired of seeing solutions ignored. I want to put Canada back into the international discussion, as a model country to inspire the rest of the world.
MISSION STATEMENT
Information and Engagement
People every day are being bombarded with misinformation and extremism that has divided us as people and made politics a taboo topic. I wasn't around in the times where politics wasn't table talk, and I fear returning to it. People should feel safe discussing their political points of view with both those who share it and oppose it, and have thoughtful discussion that opens their mind to new ideas and perspectives. The lack of communication between sides has created echo-chambers where only your current opinions are reinforced, and critical thinking is dropping.

The goal of this website and campaign are to drive engagements by new metrics, and to stop rewarding bad actors farming activity with typos and lies to further their platform. IN this, we hope to see a return of the more nuanced and moderate takes within society, to allow us to build compromise and see a common goal. This site also serves as a polling station to gauge the opinions of society more easily and accurately, by making it easy to show where you stand on important issues. Eventually, we hope to see politicians basing their platforms off the discussion topics on this site
